Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inspector - Landscape to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of landscape installations, maintenance work, and grounds throughout our properties. You will ensure that all landscape projects meet established quality standards, design specifications, and regulatory requirements while maintaining meticulous documentation and reporting. Conduct thorough inspections of landscape installations, hardscaping, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards Evaluate plant health, soil conditions, and overall landscape aesthetics, identifying any deficiencies or areas requiring corrective action Document inspection findings through detailed reports, photographs, and site notes, maintaining organized records for project files Verify that landscape contractors and maintenance teams adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies Analyze irrigation system functionality and water management practices, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local regulations Communicate inspection results and recommendations to project managers, contractors, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner Identify and report potential issues related to drainage, erosion, plant disease, or structural concerns before they escalate Collaborate with landscape designers and maintenance teams to develop solutions for identified problems Maintain inspection schedules and ensure timely completion of all assigned property evaluations Stay current with landscape industry standards, best practices, and local regulations specific to the Riyadh climate and environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in landscape inspection, quality control, landscape maintenance, or construction Proven expertise in evaluating landscape design standards, plant materials, and irrigation systems Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and horticultural principles Familiarity with arid climate landscaping and irrigation requirements specific to Saudi Arabia Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deficiencies and quality issues Proficiency in documentation and report writing with strong organizational skills Ability to analyze site conditions and provide technical recommendations Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively with contractors, designers, and management Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple sites throughout Riyadh Certifications in landscape management, horticulture, or quality assurance are preferred Proficiency with inspection software or digital documentation tools is a plus Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
