Job Description 工作职责：遵守和执行公司的各项规章制度；负责按照产品质量体系运行标准对产品质量过程控制，确保产品质量安全；负责质量投诉处理；负责设备的维护工作；负责对不合格的监督处理工作；负责做好实验室卫生、生产设备卫生和安全操作的检查指导工作；负责品控报表的正确填写以及记录的档案管理。职位要求岗位职责： 1. 严重遵守和执行工厂环境，健康，安全程序和食品安全程序； 2. 遵守实验室的GLP体系管理要求，执行体系的各项程序规定； 3. 严格执行化学品的相关规定，确保化验室的安全； 4. 对原材料、半成品、出厂产品进行检验，并及时出具检验结果； 5. 对不合格品进行分析检验，监督不合格品的处理过程及及时处理客户投诉； 6. 对生产过程中的质量进行监控和检验分析，定期汇报相关部门，如出现异常情况，及时汇报领导和相关部门； 7. 做好仪器设备的维护和保养工作； 8. 做好制程质量记录，对通过检验获得的信息和数据进行分析和处理，定期对质量记录进行统计、整理、归档； 9. 每月对成品检验档案资料进行分类整理、统计、登记造册； 10. 完成领导交办的其他任务和工作。 Qualifications 岗位要求：大专以上学历或食品相关专业应届生；一年以上食品/饲料/化工相关行业检验经验优先考虑； 1. 具有食品检验、化学检验等相关专业知识； 2. 掌握产品检验程序制定技巧； 3. 掌握各种品质检验手法和技巧，对原辅料、过程、出货等检验具有很好的控制能力。 4. 熟悉国家质量管理化学品检验等方面的法律、法规及规定； 5. 熟悉油脂生产工艺流程、产品合格验收标准优先； 6. 熟悉实验室GLP/CNAS 17025 优先考虑具有初级及以上食品或饲料检验资格证书优先。备注：该岗位需要倒班，不能接受者请勿乱投简历 Additional Information 薪资福利待遇：基本工资+加班费+夜班津贴+年度奖金+高温补贴（6-10月），享受带薪年假/带薪病假/商业保险//团队建设/年会/年节礼品/生日礼品/入职周年礼品公司提供一日三餐膳食，上下班班车（途径黄埔夏园/生活区/青年路等，东莞麻涌市场/碧桂园等） What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
