As an NDT Inspector I, you’ll perform chemical clean, non destruction test inspection and identification of defects on engines and its components The Job : · Perform chemical clean and non-destructive inspection of gas turbine engines module and component parts in various accordance with respect to applicable manual and approved instructions · Location of defects in various materials, components and structures with a high probability of detection · Ensure that all engine parts are detected for defects according to the prescribed standards and procedures · Examine, interpret and evaluate test results with regard to applicable standards · Record findings and test results · Conduct scheduled system performance checks · Interpret EM Manuals and applicable CIR for Engine Models · Read updates on maintenance manuals, service bulletins, other specifications and regulatory requirements · Performs general facility and equipment maintenance including 6s housekeeping · Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality · Observe all applicable safety practices · Model behaviors consistent with good quality, health and safety, and environmental management practices.
