Key Responsibilities * Inspect finished plastic products for defects, such as cracks, deformities, or color inconsistencies. * Package plastic products according to specifications, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and ensuring proper sealing. * Label packages accurately with product information and any necessary warning labels. * Monitor and maintain production line efficiency by identifying and resolving any packaging or production issues. * Communicate any quality concerns or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including disposing of waste materials and adhering to safety guidelines. * Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished. * Other duties as assigned.  Qualifications and Skills * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role preferred. * Attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. * Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed.    What We Offer * Full time, direct hire position * Competitive salary * Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA * 401k Matching, Life Insurance * Paid Time Off & Holidays * Career Arching Opportunities for professional growth and development.  * Collaborative work environment with a diverse team of professionals.    Equal Opportunity Employer: Pretium Packaging is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
