DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an inspector to fill our night shift. Your job is to inspect the finished product, classify it according to quality criteria and put it in boxes or on racks.

REQUIREMENTS

Pass the color test with an A every two years

• Thread the winding machine correctly;
• Adjust the guides at the start and as needed;
• Check the specification sheet for each product to be inspected;
• Inspect and cut material with defects and seal, if necessary, to customer specifications;
• Complete the inspection and cutting reason form;
• Classify second quality material, if necessary, and complete forms;
• Print the labels according to the specification sheet and put them in the appropriate places;
• Check that the number of rolls per box corresponds to the order form;
• Performs all other job related duties;
• Apply the 5S concepts;
• Comply with safety regulations, work methods and instructions and the quality control plan.
