About the Role We’re looking for a Call Center Scheduling Manager to lead and develop a team of inside callers who schedule appointments with our valued customers. In this role, you’ll: Oversee, motivate, and support a team of scheduling representatives. Track and manage call center performance metrics. Coordinate CRM activities, run reports, and improve scheduling efficiency. Coach and develop team members to reach their potential. Contribute to leadership initiatives with opportunities for upward growth. Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience in call center management and customer service. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting. Background in the pest control industry (preferred, but not required).
