Demonstrated passion for luxury hospitality and a strong desire to develop into a future leader in hotel operations. Proven leadership potential, evidenced by academic achievements, extracurricular activities, or previous work experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse groups of people.
