Description
We’re looking for an Install Base Account Executive (Account Manager), SMB to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, processes, and prospecting techniques to maximize renewals and cross-sells. You’ll collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, and Product to maintain and expand our customer base. This position reports to our Manager, Install Base, and is based in our Sydney office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately. What You’ll Do Manage a book of business of existing clients to renew and expand account usage effectively. Develop renewal plans with Customer Success to maximize expansion and introduce new usage, tools, and products to current clients. Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and obtain business requirements. Maintain accurate forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested. Analyze competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively. Manage Salesforce.com to maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Coordinate internal resources to solve client issues and execute service agreements. What We’re Looking For Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: 2+ years of demonstrated successful software sales (preferably B2B). Methodology: Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology is desired. Track Record: Proven record of success in an inside sales and/or outside sales-based selling model. Soft Skills: Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to develop trusted relationships. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools; experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com). Sales Hygiene: Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting. Additional Information Base Pay Range: 91,200.00 - 125,400.00 AUD Annual On Target Earning Range: 152,000.00 - 209,000.00 AUD Annual This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
