Description Are you mechanically inclined, comfortable with tools, and ready to build a career in commercial HVAC? Piedmont Service Group has been serving clients across NC, SC, and VA since 1971 — and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Commercial HVAC Install Helper in Raleigh. What you will do: Follow detailed installation plans and safety procedures Assist with installation of commercial HVAC system equipment and ductwork Help mobilize equipment and materials on job sites Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Work alongside experienced technicians and learn hands-on every day Support project timelines and contribute to on-budget performance Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas Be flexible with early mornings, late evenings, and occasional extended shifts Requirements Basic tool knowledge and a willingness to learn Good communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. Perform tasks like bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing for long periods High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license
