We are currently seeking a full time Install Manager, in the West Jordan, Utah area! The Install Manager will oversee the Installation Teams responsible for installing Audio Enhancement products in schools, test functionality, and troubleshoot any problems that may arise. This position includes a full benefit package and provides plenty of opportunity for growth. Requirements Successful candidates should Possess a positive attitude. Be self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable. Have solid deduction and problem-solving skills. Be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. on multiple occasions. Have a good understanding of hand tools such as wire strippers, wire crimpers, and drills. Detail oriented. Able to climb ladders, work in tight spaces (attics & crawl spaces), work on lifts. Willing to travel. Willing to work late afternoon, evenings and sometimes on weekends. Work well with others. Be able handle physical labor for extended periods of time, as the candidate will be on feet most of the day. Exhibit leadership skills and be able to manage projects. Can understand, follow, relay wiring diagrams or building plans to Installation teams. Be organized and possess excellent communication skills. Education and experience High School Diploma or equivalent Solid understanding of audio-visual equipment, electrical work, etc. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Basic knowledge of computer networking Advanced knowledge if installation audit software Experience with customer relations and support is preferred. Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
