Description Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building materials company, is seeking a qualified Installed Sales Coordinator. Coordinates installation function while working toward achieving sales goals and budgets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Schedules independent contractor installers to perform installation of windows, exterior doors, interior doors & trim, and Hardie siding. Schedules employee service technicians to perform pre-walks, post-walks, and service work. Communicates broadly with builder production representatives, internal door and window personnel, and peers to manage installation schedules and follow-up service as required. Issues contracts to installers prior to scheduled work being undertaken by the installer. Reviews and confirms installer invoices are commensurate with the values outlined in the installer contracts. Adds and manages work through My Job Ready in accordance with local practices. Reviews reports and resolves problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent installation delays. Addresses complaints and resolves problems. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws. Requirements: Working knowledge of My Job Ready, Bistrack, and Builder Supply Pro Achieve a minimum 90% on-time, on-schedule, complete installation rate. Achieve less than a 10% call-back/correction ratio on installation. Schedule warranty work to completed to customer satisfaction within one week of notification. One-year (1) certificate from college or technical school, Bachelors degree in management or construction related fields, or three-years related work experience in installation of various building product, preferably doors, windows, trim, etc. and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Prior experience in building supplies industry required.
