(CDI) has an opportunity for an experienced custom window treatment Installer Schedule and coordinate installation appointment with our customer * When requested, conduct complex measurements for products; including shutters * Receive product at your location and verify that all product has arrived in good condition * Professionally represent CDI and our retail partners * Resolve issues while continuing to provide excellent customer service Benefits * Additional business and income * Competitive compensation * Affiliation with a recognized industry leader * Flexibility to own your own schedule * Experienced support staff, installation and product experts to assist you while in the field * Receive bi-weekly payments Required Skills * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Experience and proven measuring skills * Extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades and shutters * Experience installing drapery and other soft treatments * Leaves positive and lasting impressions * Strong organizational skills * Basic computer skills; emails, printing, scanning, downloading/uploading to website * Currently possess or willing to obtain liability insurance * Possess all applicable state and local licenses

Responsibilities

The installer will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating installation appointments with customers and professionally representing CDI and its retail partners during these interactions. This role also involves receiving product at the technician's location, verifying its condition, and resolving any issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
