We are currently seeking Installation and Service Technician Assistant to join our experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to grow their skills and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience installing roller shutters, blinds, or window furnishings is highly regarded.
• Background in fitting, fixing, carpentry, or glazing is a strong advantage.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting carrying and installing shutters and blinds safely.
• Strong time management and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and a proactive work ethic.
• White Card.
• Must hold a valid driver’s licence.

As an Assistant, you will:

• Support the Installation and Service Technician with on-site installation of roller shutters, outdoor blinds, and other products.
• Assist the Installation and Service Technician to perform installations independently without supervision, always maintaining high quality and safety standards
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, drilling, using ladders, and working outdoors.
• Modify structures on-site (e.g. angles, trims, brackets, posts).
• Aid in servicing and maintenance tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally.
• Follow safety protocols and site procedures.
• Handle payments and submit job reports and invoices promptly.
• Perform other duties as required to support the installation team.
