Job description America’s Floor Source, one of the nation’s largest flooring companies, is seeking a full-time flooring Installation Assistant. Successful candidates will have excellent computer skills, a positive and energetic attitude, and the ability to present themselves in a professional manner. Job responsibilities include: * Interacting with flooring installers * Processing installer paperwork * Data entry * Filing * General administrative tasks General Requirements: * Passion for customer service * Strong computer skills (proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel) * First-rate written and verbal communication skills * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities * Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated, results oriented, and accountable * Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required Full benefits package available after 90 days of FT employment. 401k plan available after 6 months of employment with employer match.
