The Installation/Construction Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating installation activities across assigned projects or client sites. This role ensures that all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Acting as a key interface between contractors, vendors, and clients, the Installation/Construction Manager drives operational excellence and fosters strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of installation works in alignment with project schedules and technical requirements. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, safety standards, and quality management systems. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and handover. Manage resources effectively, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance oversight. Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and support cross-functional collaboration. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Knowledge of installation processes, quality assurance, and safety protocols. Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve technical challenges effectively. Education / Licenses / Certifications: QQI Level 6 Advanced Trade Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred. Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
