JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Installation Coordinator with experience in flooring projects and residential renovations. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English), detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator, capable of coordinating all aspects of the installation process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule flooring and home improvement installations, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Confirm that all necessary materials are ordered, purchased, and delivered before each project begins.
  • Manage staged payments, verifying that each phase is cleared before moving forward.
  • Maintain a field binder for Home Improvement projects, with all details and documentation.
  • Communicate constantly with project managers, sales representatives, and customer service to ensure customer agreements are accurately reflected in the installation.
  • Use the company’s ERP/CRM system to schedule, track, and update all project details, including labor costs and extra expenses, according to company policies.
  • Ensure subcontractors understand project timelines, arrive on time, and complete work professionally.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with customers, project managers, and installers — clear communication is key to success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience coordinating remodeling or flooring projects.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure all materials and payments are ready before starting work.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and customers.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English required).
  • Strong computer skills and experience with ERP/CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
