Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting and working with the Production Managers to streamline interoffice processes. Coordinates & schedules IT team and assists with implementation of inventory process, quality control, installation schedules, work orders, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage office activities and operations

  • Supervises warehouse and install team to eliminate downtime

  • Ensure the warehouse and office is organized and cleaned regularly

  • Assist Accounting department as requested

  • Provides historical reference by utilizing filing

  • LastPass admin

  • Manage & Service Scheduling: /Harvest/ Assigning approved work orders.

  • Assist with scheduling and oversee completion of assigned tasks

  • Manage Sales Admin: Green light spreadsheet Admin/NCSC/Welcome Emails/Communicating with site owners

  • Travel logistics for install team to ensure efficiency

  • Maintains shared calendar for install schedules

  • Onboarding of new employees under direction of HR: email door codes/alarm admin

  • Schedule and coordinate install teams and projects for the week

  • Schedule weekly and daily confirmations with the GM’s for owned and 3rd party locations

  • Weekly and daily communication with IT Tech individuals and productions

  • Weekly communication with the Sales department

  • Responsible for the monthly & yearly calendar for the routine PM cleanings for all locations

  • Responsible to reserve U-Haul trucks and/or trailers for large removals and lengthy travels

  • Managed and coordinate to order employee shirts

  • Prepare and schedule for meetings (in house and/or zoom)

  • Manage all emails and both incoming/outgoing calls
