POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly organized Installation Coordinator / Project Specialist to manage and execute installation projects from planning through completion. This role combines project management, scheduling, and on-site supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably with installations, logistics, or technical projects.
  • Strong Excel skills, including project scheduling, formulas, and reporting; experience with project management software is an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in both office and on-site environments; able to lift and move equipment as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including work-back plans, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate installations from initial planning through on-site execution, ensuring all logistics, materials, and personnel are in place.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities under strict, tight deadlines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including work orders, risk assessments, and post-installation reports.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess product sizing, materials, and installation requirements, providing practical recommendations for production and installation teams; complete tender and quotation packages, including scoping, materials selection, and installation planning.
  • Supervise on-site installation teams, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain safety and quality standards; participating on-site as needed to ensure installations and project delivery meet quality and safety standards.
  • Analyze project data using Excel, create dashboards, and track KPIs to monitor progress and support decision-making.
