In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers, field technicians, and dispatch team—making sure every installation is efficient, successful, and delivers an outstanding customer experience. Location This position is based in Columbia Missouri. Key Responsibilities Partner with dispatch and installation teams to ensure seamless, on-time installations. Anticipate obstacles and proactively find solutions to keep projects on track. Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including escalations when timelines are at risk. Track work orders and provide timely updates to staff, vendors, and carriers. Ensure accurate data integrity for vendor information, billing, and invoicing. Support technicians by interpreting work orders, resolving scheduling conflicts, and assisting with escalations. Strive for “first day success”—getting installs completed correctly the first time. What You’ll Need Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating across teams. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly. Customer-first attitude with a passion for helping people. Preferred Skills Experience in customer service or field support. Familiarity with GIS or Unity programs. Knowledge of sales orders, invoicing, and billing processes.
