Joining us as an Installation Delivery Executive
The Installation Delivery Executive will ensure high-quality service delivery and seamless service management for ISPs by proactively coordinating all aspects of the installation process. This stakeholder-facing role involves managing expectations, driving internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
You’ll receive a salary of up to £35,000, a performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Managing forecast-to-actual installations, collaborating with installation partners to achieve regional and city targets
  • Providing accurate reporting on service performance, connected services, and service improvement plans
  • Monitoring and addressing risks to service targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Managing internal resource availability and scheduling through a workforce management system
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and key suppliers
  • Managing customer installation Unhappy Path cases efficiently to minimise delays and ensure timely connections in line with KPIs
