Purpose of Position: As part of the installation team, the installation driver is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards. The position works in conjunction with customer service, warehouse, sales, and installation. Primary Roles: Responsible for drop off and pickup vehicles from paint shop Assist sales and installation with delivery of vehicles to customers Responsible for picking up parts or supplies Local vendors/suppliers Responsible for making sure all vehicles are washed and clean exterior/interior prior to delivering vehicles Responsible for parking lot maintenance in Trowbridge and Cleveland Assist Cleveland Yard team member on moving inventory from Trowbridge/Cleveland and Cleveland/Trowbridge Warehouse 30 to 10 Shop supply runs Forklift operating Requirements Requirements: The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided. High School diploma/GED with a minimum of one year of cashier/customer service-related experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid Standard Driver License preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Customer service oriented Displays integrity Inspires commitment Shows dependability Proficient with computer skills – Microsoft Office, Internet, electronic calendar and e-mail Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and positive customer service skills and ability to relate to clients Excellent telephone skills with a thorough knowledge of telephone etiquette Ability to work individually and as a team Ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services Establishes effective working relationships among team members Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team Ability to adapt to a changing environment Forklift certification
