JOB DESCRIPTION – INSTALLER (IT/ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING)

The installer is responsible for the professional execution of installation and assembly work in the field of network technology, video surveillance and electrical engineering in industrial buildings.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed training in the field of electrical installation, IT system electronics, information electronics or comparable qualification
• Experience in laying network cables and installing video/surveillance systems
• Basic knowledge of network technology (IP addressing, PoE, switches) is an advantage
• Manual skills and knowledge of electrical engineering
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Willingness to work in industrial environments and occasional travel

• Laying, assembling and testing patch and network cables (copper and fiber optics) in industrial environments
• Installation, assembly and alignment of surveillance cameras as well as their cabling and commissioning
• Execution of functional tests, documentation and handover of the systems to the customer
• Support for the integration of the cameras into networks and video management systems
• Carrying out minor electrical work, e.g. connecting sockets, cables or equipment according to specifications
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations on the construction site
• Cooperation with project management and IT/electrical engineers to implement the installation requirements
