We are looking for a dynamic and conscientious Installation Engineer to join our team providing Starlink and other connectivity solutions for our Customers across the UK.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of hands‑on satellite broadband or field telecoms installation experience
• Proficiency with antenna installation and cabling (Cat6/6A, fibre)
• Current Valid CSCS Card
• Experience installing routers and access points (e.g. Cisco Meraki.)
• Clean UK driving licence and happy to travel
• Comfortable working outdoors and at height

• Mount and align Starlink terminals, network routers, access points, structured cabling
• Conduct site surveys and prepare RF planning
• Test network connectivity, troubleshoot issues on-site working with our Network Operations team
• Complete site compliance paperwork, health & safety checks
• Customer handover and basic user training
• Good interpersonal skills for Customer interaction
