About Form 10: Form 10 is a veteran owned IT services provider located in Tampa, FL working on contracted large-scale deployments, enterprise field maintenance, and technical support across the country.
For this specific role, we are in search of IT technicians who will prepare and install IT equipment in K-12 schools around Florida. Projects will consist of imagining, configuring, and troubleshooting computers, also installing and hanging panels. The technician must have knowledge of installing equipment in an enterprise environment. All travel expenses will be paid for, Form 10 Does NOT cover Per Diem.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be a US citizen.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· No major traffic violations within the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, license suspension).
· A motor vehicle record (MVR) check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
· Must be able to pass background checks for multiple school districts across the state of Florida.
· Must be able to safely operate and drive box trucks ranging from 18 ft to 26 ft in length.
· CDL not necessary but considered a plus.
· Travel 100%- Willingness to travel throughout Florida; occasional out-of-state travel may be available on a volunteer basis
· Ability to be away from home during the duration of projects.
· Comfortable staying in hotels during the duration of projects.
· Access to a personal laptop.
· Active Directory and Hard Drive Imaging are also preferred.
· A+ Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

· Work alongside other technicians or independently during deployments and projects.
· Utilize the ConnectWise software and accurately submit and complete inventories and reporting.
· Accurately submit travel expenses weekly.
· Communicate effectively with the Project Manager to ensure all duties are being completed.
· Affective and strong communication skills with customers to ensure the solution of any outgoing issue.
· Familiarity and comfortability using basic power tools.
· Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
· Ability to use a ladder.
· Proficiency in re-imaging, troubleshooting, and configuring systems.
· Use knowledge of Windows 10 and PC hardware experience to assist with deployments and resolve outgoing issues.
· Prior experience in IT equipment installation in enterprise or educational environments
· Ability to lift and transport equipment, including monitors and other hardware, weighing up to 80 lbs
· Comfortable performing physically demanding work in various school settings throughout Florida
· Experience driving and maneuvering large vehicles in urban and rural environments is preferred.
