INTRODUCTION

Inleaf is a growing office plant and interior landscaping company based in Chorley, Lancashire. We work with clients nationwide to create greener, more inspiring environments using living plants, moss walls, living walls, and seasonal displays.
We’re now looking for a Plant Display Installation & Maintenance Technician to join our friendly and supportive team.

ABOUT YOU

This is a client-facing role, so we’re looking for someone with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude who takes pride in their work and enjoys providing great service.
You might not be a plant expert (yet!), but if you’re hands-on, practical, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training you need.

• Comfortable driving long distances and in city centres
• OK working at heights
• Able to solve problems and use your own initiative
• A clear DBS (as we commonly work with Schools & Universities)

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining beautiful living plant displays and living walls at client sites, ensuring they are healthy, vibrant, and well cared for. The role also includes assembling and installing other creative features such as moss walls, living walls, Christmas decorations, and artificial arrangements.
This is a hands-on, rewarding and varied role with opportunities to travel, work on unique projects, and grow your skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assembling plant displays and systems at our Chorley HQ
• Installing living walls, moss walls, and other plant features
• Maintaining and caring for living plant displays at client sites
• Watering, feeding, pruning and replacing plants as needed
• Installing Christmas trees and decorations during the festive season
• Using hand and power tools (e.g. drills, mitre saws) safely
• Recording job updates using our software system
• Complying with company health & safety procedures

This role includes daily driving in company vehicles, so you’ll need to be:

• Comfortable driving long distances across the UK
• Confident driving in busy city centres
• Able to find parking and unload equipment safely in urban area
