What You’ll Do We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Installation Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for you will oversee jobs including crawlspace work, attic work, rodent exclusion work, and other various projects. You will manage a team of installers, ensuring that every installation is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride. What Your Day Might Look Like Lead and manage the installation team, ensuring top performance. Coordinate and schedule installations for timely project completion. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Train new installers and provide ongoing team development. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues. Maintain records of installations, inventory, and equipment. Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience. Strong team leadership and motivational skills. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication with both clients and team members. Great communication and problem-solving skills A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check Knowledge of pest control systems is a plus but not required Sound Like a Fit?
