Requirements What must be accomplished: Train, improve and develop processes for a group of top-of-class HVAC Techs. Direct sales lead flow to assure successful business growth. Manage gross margins and budget guidelines for your portion of the HVAC department. Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work activities. Provide accurate and timely business reports and necessary debriefing. Work closely with Sales Manager to achieve sales goals. Communicate and align with other departments and functions. Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees. Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes. How will success be measured: Profitability of installation jobs. Exceeding monthly budget gross margin. Successfully training HVAC technicians to become lead installers. Minimum Requirements: HVAC Knowledge is a must. Experience of HVAC installer is a plus! Exceptional leadership skills Management experience. You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers and colleagues. Communication skills Valid Driver's License.
