Halstock Cabinet Makers are looking for an Installation Manager to manage the installation of high end joinery for some of the world’s most prestigious properties.
We are looking for candidates that can manage high end joinery projects from 100k – 6m to Halstock standards, processes and deadlines.
We are looking for an individual who can maintain and build client relationships whilst holding projects at the highest financial value possible.
Based in Somerset; we design, manufacture, and install bespoke interiors for the high-end residential market.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Management administration of Halstock project site installations, preinstallation preparation and site coordination. To include:
  • Compliance to all processes and procedures as per Halstock requirements
  • Compliance to all processes and procedures as per site requirements
  • Ensure the smooth running of site installations, including sub contract installation teams
  • Ensure CITB/CSCS contractor compliance is followed as set out by each project commercial agreement and the HSE
  • Scenario project installation and report on positive or negative changes to project margins.
  • Complete, store and communicate project information, covering;
    o Site surveys
    o Site photography (as and when required and appropriate)
    o Humidity readings throughout project installation

o Site working relationships

  • Supply notification and supporting information if Project Variations are required relating to Installation or site changes
  • Review and arrange for site H&S compliance.
  • Attend Project meetings as required (including but not limited to):

  • Handover meeting
    -Introduction meeting
    -Project analysis

  • Handover to CAD
  • Internal Drawing Review
  • Handover to production

  • Quality control 1 + 2

  • Assist with project set up and integration into project team

  • Work alongside Project managers to manage RFIs.
  • Maintain interaction and communications with Halstock Project Manager and Technical Designer
  • Attend QC 1 and QC2 and manage the project from this point until project installation completion.
  • Coordinate installation with Sub Contract installation team leaders and maintain positive relationship with site project team.
  • Manage sub-contractor site team and set up lead fitter for on site management
  • Manage delivery lists and deal with logistics manager regarding dates
  • Own delivery lists on Asana
  • Ensure project tasks are completed accurately and within allowed time frames in order to achieve practical completion on time and within budget
  • Work alongside projects managers to manage RFI’s
  • Hand completed installation to Completions Director for snagging and sign off with client’s team

Vehicle and equipment (as applicable)

  • Maintain upkeep and monitor Halstock company supplied vehicle to ensure safe usage.
  • Book required servicing and MOT’s
  • Keep supplied works equipment in good working order.
