Park Lane Windows is an established window and door installation company dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We specialize in the installation of energy-efficient uPVC or aluminium windows and doors for residential properties. Our team prides itself on professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are opening 3 new showrooms over the next 12 months and are looking for an additional Installation Manager to help with the smooth running of the expansion.

SUMMARY:

To be based in our Northampton office, an opportunity for an experience Installation Manager within the Double Glazing to join our friendly team, to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure efficiency in all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, coordinating logistics & deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience or management role within window installation industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of uPVC window installation processes, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Competent with computer; customer databases, email etc, and project management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety policies, and company procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints, and after-sales service to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop business strategies and growth plans.
