Job Overview Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking an Installation Manager to lead our installation team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every project is completed with quality, efficiency, and a commitment to exceptional service. What You'll Do· Lead, coach, and support Installation Project Managers (IPMs), installers, and other operational team members. Foster strong collaboration between Sales, Installation, Project Management, Logistics, Compliance, and Operations teams. Ensure installation readiness by overseeing accurate measurements, material ordering, equipment availability, and scheduling. Monitor project timelines and installation schedules to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. Partner with permitting and compliance teams to maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Track, communicate, and drive key performance metrics, including installation revenue, customer satisfaction, and first-time-through completion rates. Meet with homeowners and installers to support successful project execution and deliver exceptional customer experience. Train and develop team members while providing ongoing performance coaching and accountability. Oversee operational administrative functions, including payroll review, timecard approvals, and reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications· 4+ years of experience in installation management, operations management, construction management, or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred. Strong knowledge of installation processes, job site safety, and operational best practices. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and build strong working relationships across teams and departments. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. OSHA 10 and Lead Renovator Certification (RRP) preferred. What Makes You Successful Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
