We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Installation Operations Analyst to support our Installation Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of professional experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for driving accuracy and process improvements. The analyst will work across multiple systems and teams to ensure data integrity, track progress, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer and field experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, auditing, or related work.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with comfort in tracking tasks and following up with stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, able to partner effectively across field teams and leadership.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite experience a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Review NetSuite case and transactional data for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
  • Monitor operational reports and dashboards; escalate issues not being addressed in a timely manner.
  • Track job progress and ensure system statuses accurately reflect field operations.
  • Serve as a resource to the field installation organization by generating reports and supporting process or quality improvements.
  • Analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) data and other customer feedback to identify trends and training opportunities.
  • Monitor installation backlog for accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Support issue tracking and resolution in partnership with the Office of the President Customer Experience team.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of operational process flows and training materials.
  • Gather, track, and report on field job inspection results.
  • Perform audits as part of the Inspect What You Expect
  • Take on additional operational projects and duties as assigned.
