Description Nationwide Fixture Installations (NFI) is searching for an ambitious Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Office. This position is best suited to candidates who are technically savvy, have strong communication skills, can assist with multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and who are empowered to serve our clients. Candidates must be accountable, reliable, detail oriented, and must have successful experience in an administrative, customer service, or coordinator role. POSITION SUMMARY: Directly responsible for comprehensive administrative support to our Project Management Office. Position is highly collaborative and aims to ensure successful execution, reporting, and completion of projects while maintaining strong, lasting relationships. Will be assisting with multiple projects at the same time. Will occasionally need to work non-standard hours ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Actively participate in corporate and client meetings Book travel, rent vehicles, and reserve hotels for office and field teams Assist to arrange rental equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, dumpsters, junk haul away service) Electronically populate job, crew, travel, and safety information into internal system Create, manage, and approve work orders Vet and assign local field resources Administrate web reporting portal; assist with web portal review and submissions Assist with location mapping, project scheduling and reporting Print and ship installation packets to field teams Receive, review, approve and publish jobsite deliverables Monitor and control assigned project work ensuring resources arrive on time, scope is completed correctly, deliverables fulfill our requirements, and projects are closed out correctly Assist with project estimates, cost management, change orders, and invoicing Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree or technical equivalent required 3+ years of professional work experience in project support, coordination, administration, or customer service role Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Docs Direct experience with clients preferred CORE STRENGTHS / SKILLS: Independent self-starter with high integrity and ethics Strong attention to detail, quality and follow-up Ability to quickly and gracefully adapt to frequently changing priorities Demonstrates urgency and desire for success Proactive problem solver Good communicator, written, verbal and visual Performs under pressure Accountable for performance Works well in a team environment Positive, encouraging, optimistic and fun ABOUT NATIONWIDE FIXTURE INSTALLATIONS (NFI): For 40 years, Nationwide Fixture Installations has been installing architectural millwork, casework, and fixtures for a wide range of markets throughout the country.
