POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Installation Project Manager to join our team. This role combines hands on cabinetry installation with full project management responsibility. You will take ownership of projects from survey to final handover, ensuring installations are carried out to the highest standards while coordinating clients, designers and trades throughout the process.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience installing kitchens and cabinetry in the high end residential sector
• Strong technical understanding of kitchen design, materials, appliances and installation processes
• Skilled in working with trades and subcontractors on site
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to explain using drawings where needed
• Confident decision maker with strong problem solving ability
• Experience with Monday.com CRM and CAD software such as SketchUp or Winner is an advantage

• Carry out precise installation of high end kitchens and cabinetry on site
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors and the design team
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of installations from concept through to completion
• Conduct accurate site surveys for kitchens and cabinetry projects
• Prepare and distribute site documentation including fit notes and service plans
• Keep the project management board in Monday.com updated and accurate
• Manage project timelines, expectations and communication with clients
