POSITION OVERVIEW

UHS Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Installation Scheduler to coordinate and manage Lowe’s installation appointments for doors, windows, and related home improvement projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless communication between customers, installers, and store associates, while maintaining a high level of service and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous scheduling or coordination experience preferred, ideally in a home improvement or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of doors, windows, and related installation processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
