We’re currently seeking a Installation & Service Administrator to support our service and installation operations. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused, this role might be a great fit for you!

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
  • Well-organized and capable of working under pressure

  • Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service or a similar administrative role
  • College diploma (DEC) or AEC in administration or related field
  • Comfortable using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate window and door installations and services in alignment with completed work orders and technician schedules
  • Assess service needs, organize site visits, and ensure that required materials are ordered based on technician evaluations
  • Maintain an up-to-date schedule of upcoming service appointments and installations
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction once services are completed
  • Organize and maintain client records and service files (digital and physical)
  • Handle invoicing and ensure timely payment collection
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams as needed
  • Offer coverage for other admin roles when necessary
