We are currently looking for a person ideally based in Coventry, Oxford or Gloucestershire willing to travel 100% of their time to cover West Midlands, London, South West and South East regions.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking an experienced and self-motivated Installation Service Manager within Coventry , Oxford or Gloucestershire area to manage and support a team of Bathroom Fitters and Surveyors, ensuring our installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction. You’ll audit installations, provide technical support and play an important role in training, mentoring and improving operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular audits on installations and technical documentation
  • Check and review technical drawings and site risk assessments
  • Provide photographic evidence pre, during and post-installation
  • Support resolution of on-site technical issues and oversee quality control
  • Track and report on KPIs for ongoing audits and site visits
  • Coach and train engineers and surveyors in best practices
  • Attend customer sites to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with PPE, uniform standards and site conduct
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and support of contract installers
  • Step in with surveys, admin support or operational help as required
