We are seeking an individual to support our the installation of project work related to Door & Hardware and construction specialties.

Responsibilities
  • Determine the requirements of an installation projects/contracts and prepare the necessary materials and equipment for the project(s), which includes but not limited to:
  • Conduct site surveys to provide customer estimates and all associated administrative tasks.
  • Identify and obtain pertinent information from blueprints, drawings and specifications.
  • Load and unload vehicle(s) with supplies and equipment.
  • Execute installations on projects to successful completion, which includes but not limited to:
  • Readying the job site for maximum productivity.
  • Removal of old equipment, as necessary
  • Setting up property protection such as drop cloths and tarps, as appropriate.
  • Completing installation as per specifications.
  • Operating hand and power tools.
  • Site clean-up.
  • Independently coordinate and complete projects with minimal supervision paying particular attention to detail and project timelines.
  • Liaise with Contractors to facilitate the successful execution of the installation contract including: Installations details, material handling, changes to the contract and on-site coordination.
  • Work closely with Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, Purchasing, Shop, Warehouse and Management Teams to ensure efficient fulfillment of Customer needs across all potential lines of business.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and record keeping for production history and for inventory control
