We are growing and looking for a high-level Installation Success Coordinator who thrives on organization, communication, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. This is NOT just a scheduling role. This is the heartbeat between our customers and our install team. You are the quarterback of the installation process. From the moment a customer says “Yes” to a new system, you ensure: The project is scheduled smoothly Permits are handled properly Materials are ready Paperwork is flawless The customer feels confident and cared for Nothing falls through the cracks You turn installs into 5-star experiences ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. What You’ll Be Responsible For Project Coordination Schedule installation dates with customers Coordinate install crews and job timelines Confirm equipment availability and materials Track job progress and completion Permits & Compliance Obtain and track required permits Coordinate inspections Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete Administrative Excellence Complete before & after job documentation Process invoicing and closeout paperwork Register equipment warranties Submit manufacturer rebates Ensure maintenance plan enrollments are completed Inventory & Materials Coordinate equipment and material ordering Track job-specific inventory Communicate with vendors as needed Ensure install crews have everything required Customer Concierge Proactive communication before, during & after installation Set expectations clearly Follow up after install to ensure satisfaction Help create raving fans and 5-star reviews Experience We’re Looking For HVAC industry experience (strongly preferred) ServiceTitan experience (highly preferred) Permit Processing experience (highly preferred) Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email) Ability to juggle multiple projects at once Detail-oriented and process-driven Calm under pressure Positive, solutions-focused mindset You’ll Thrive Here If… You believe details matter You enjoy serving customers You take pride in doing things the right way You want to be part of a growing, values-driven, family-oriented company You believe in “Fans First” culture What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience), + performance bonus Vacation - Holiday Pay & other benfits Supportive team environment Company that values integrity and doing the right thing Opportunity to help shape systems and processes ❤️ About Air On Demand We’ve proudly served South Dade homeowners for over 20 years.
