JOB DESCRIPTION

The Installation Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing elevator and escalator installation works on site. This role ensures that all activities are executed according to project specifications, timelines, safety, and quality standards. The Supervisor will coordinate technicians and helpers, manage daily site progress, and report directly to the Installation Manager.

Responsibilities

THE WORK YOU’LL DO

Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in elevator/escalator installation or construction supervision.
Strong technical understanding of installation methods and safety requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
English proficiency (Arabic is an advantage).
