Description The Installation Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Installation team, ensuring continuous order fulfillment and improving installation efficiency. This role ensures SLA and business needs are met and field installers are receiving adequate support.. This position will report to the Installation Manager. Minimum Required Qualifications · Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company standards · Ability to read, write, speak and understand English · Ability to work independently · Ability to supervise and motivate others · Ability to communicate effectively within all levels in the organization · Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines · Ability to maintain confidentiality · Ability to make decisions and work collaboratively with others to solve problems · Ability to prioritize and organize effectively · Ability to analyze and interpret data · Ability to effectively present information to management · Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure · Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties · Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations · An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image; · Good verbal communications and writing skills; · Strong knowledge of MS Office software included Excel, Word and PowerPoint with the technical aptitude to learn additional databases · Knowledge of internal and external business software – i.e. ICOMS, Workforce, OSS, Tools, Work Assure Major Duties and Responsibilities · Day-to-day supervision of Installers within a set geographical area · Oversee field training of new-hire installers and ongoing instruction of existing workforce · Actively and consistently support all efforts to enhance the customer experience and complete fulfillment work following Charter specifications · Ensure the office is following order fulfillment business rules, processes and sub-processes for factors such as completion, close-out, error completes, signal leakage, Repeats, Meter requirements, Ingress, self- QC, OTA, overlap, Voice of the Customer and HHC performance · Ensure assigned installers achieve customer satisfaction by performing work in a professional, timely and approved manner · When required, accompany Installers to complete escalated and VIP work · Provide clear and concise communication to various levels of the organization · Consistently perform all duties and responsibilities according to production and quality standards and provide high quality customer service. · Ensure required reports are timely, accurate and complete · Adhere to industry specific local, state and federal regulations, as applicable · Follow and enforce the Company’s policies and procedures · Additional responsibilities may arise as dictated by our customer · Completed jobs as required to ensure on time guarantee is met or meet minimum production targets · Ensure all personnel are aware and adhering to TQA standards outlined by customer Qualifications: · Five (3) + years of Telecommunications or cable industry work experience · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Working Conditions -Office environment, Flexibility to work extended hours.
