What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the Crew – Manage day-to-day job site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
  • Own the Customer Experience – Keep homeowners informed and satisfied throughout the project.
  • Coordinate Logistics – Handle materials, timelines, and site prep to keep installations on track.
  • Troubleshoot in Real Time – Solve problems as they arise, minimizing delays or callbacks.
  • Close Out Like a Pro – Final walkthroughs, punch lists, documentation, and payment collection.
  • Collaborate Cross-Team – Work closely with sales, production, and customer care to ensure alignment.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of supervisory experience in construction, remodeling, or exterior installations
✔ Ability to lead subcontractors and field crews with confidence and clarity
✔ High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ CRM experience preferred (Salesforce is a plus!)
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
