JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Blinds, shades, smart home automation, Smart Hub, Outdoor shades, Drapery and Curtains , and low voltage equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Installation Technician will ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for installation tasks.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware components and their functionalities
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage wiring and connections.
  • Familiarity with computer networking principles and practices.
  • Ability to telecommunicate effectively with clients for service requests and support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations.

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain shades systems and other Smart or Manual window coverings
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete installations according to specifications.
  • Perform electrical work related to system installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Build and assemble equipment as required for various projects.
  • Telecommunicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support.
  • Conduct troubleshooting on installed systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work with computer networking equipment to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
