JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of technical systems and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety standards.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

· High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
· 6 months of experience working with electrical systems
· 6 months of experience working with plumbing
· Valid Drivers License

• Responds to customer repair tickets/calls promptly
• Drives to and from the customer location to repair/perform maintenance on equipment
• Installs new equipment/machines at customer locations
• Performs troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems as needed
• Conducts repairs and adjustments on machine operations
• Cleans and refurbishes vending, and coffee machines as needed
• Inspects and prepares new machines and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on water, coffee and ice assetts.
• Perform filter changes
• Communicates effectively with customers to further build and maintain customer relationships
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
