We are currently seeking a Spray Foam Technician to join our production team and support our growing insulation operations. Position Summary The Spray Foam Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient installation of spray foam insulation in residential basement environments. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew. Key Responsibilities Install spray foam insulation according to company standards and manufacturer specifications Prepare job sites including masking, ventilation, and surface prep Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and equipment Follow all OSHA, safety, and company protocols Communicate effectively with Field Managers and team members Represent Matrix Basement Finishing professionally at customer homes Compensation & Benefits $28-$32/ Hour Overtime opportunities Company vehicle and equipment provided (role-dependent) Paid training and advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays Long-term career growth with a rapidly expanding company Requirements Prior experience with spray foam insulation preferred (training available for the right candidate) Construction, insulation, or remodeling experience strongly preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined basement spaces Comfortable wearing PPE and working with chemicals per safety guidelines Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (company vehicle use) Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Why Join Matrix?
