Our Company is a family-owned and operated company with over 25 years of experience in the health care industry. We are currently seeking a Full-time Technician Installer for our Cleveland, OH office to join our Medical Alarm Monitoring operations.
Technician Installers are responsible for performing in-home/residential PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) installations, service, and retrieval of Alert Medical Alarms equipment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TECHNICIAN INSTALLER:

• Must be able to be in a vehicle for most of the day.
• Patience and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and partners.
• Familiarity with PERS, dealer portals, and device portals.
• Ability to work independently with direction.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech background is preferred.
• Willing to travel to perform installations.

• Delivery, initial setup, and testing of medical alarm units in clients’ homes.
• Educate and demonstrate PERS/Med Dispenser equipment and services to clients and caregivers, ensuring comfort in its use and testing procedures.
• Communicate a general understanding of the PERS installation agreement to the client and have them sign the appropriate paperwork.
• Maintain and manage any inventory of equipment delivered to clients’ homes by the Operations Manager.
• Occasional evening and/or weekend appointments may be required for emergency service work orders.
• Attend staff and operation meetings.
