YOUR FUTURE ROLE

“Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and collaborative teammates. You’ll lead pivotal test activities over railway signaling systems and ensure the Installation and Test & Commissioning process is executed based on approved procedures, in a proper manner which follows Alstom’s standards, regulations, and local laws. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project engineering, installation teams, and system integration test), supervise installation and commissioning activities, and much more.”

We’ll look to you for:

• Leading the management and execution of ITC activities related to railway signaling subsystems,
• Ensuring proper execution of installation and T&C processes based on approved procedures,
• Recording and reporting all installation documentation and instruction changes,
• Conducting deep troubleshooting of wayside/railway systems to identify root causes and solutions,
• Enforcing safety and EHS throughout all steps of execution,
• Timely reporting of test and field work, including non-conformities and defects,
• Planning work, conducting safety briefs, debriefs, and escalating matters to meet project QCD targets,
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners for T&C activities

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or a Technician Degree with equivalent experience.,
• Experience or understanding of Installation, T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.,
• Knowledge of railway installation processes and one or more signaling subsystems.,
• Familiarity with interfacing with Design and Installation stakeholders.,
• Ability to communicate in an open and clear manner with various stakeholders.,
• Availability to work in the field and on night shifts.,
• Prioritization of customer satisfaction and a results-oriented mindset.,
• Must have a driver’s license
