THE ROLE

As an Installations Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between field teams, internal departments, and customers, ensuring seamless coordination of installation projects. Your role will be key to delivering high-quality service and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate installation schedules and pre-installation visits
• Maintain and update all relevant systems to track installations
• Monitor and resolve issues that may delay installations
• Dispatch workflow efficiently to installation engineers
• Liaise with internal teams and external customers to ensure updates and expectations are managed
• Support additional work related to installations as needed
