Operating in a small team, you will be working in a varied role to ensure the smooth running and growth of the Service Provision business.

Responsibilities
  • Planning of contractors for Installations Projects throughout the UK for our main clients.
  • Management of a team of Foreman & Fitters who will be working nationwide on installations and refurbishment projects.
  • Communicating with the on-site teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Dealing with any on site issues quickly and effectively
  • Liaising and coordinating project activities with principle contractors, client representatives and other specialist subcontractors
  • Liaise with clients and contractors throughout each project and ensure company policies are implemented throughout the duration of the project.
  • Produce weekly reports of current projects and completion dates for the clients and team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
  • Recruit teams of fitters of varying skill sets to complete works
  • Attend sites where suitable to ensure projects are on time and also to keep in contact with our teams on site.
