Key Responsibilities : 1.Project Planning: Planning for assigned Modernization & Retrofit including site planning, vendor ordering, budgeting, on time execution and stake holders’ coordination. 2.Site Management: Erection, testing & commissioning, and resolving design discrepancies within the stipulated timeline of projects & that too within the budgeted cost. 3.Contract Management: Project document study, Cost analysis, billing, coordination, and documentation. 4.Quality Assurance & Control: Strategic planning, RCA initiation, audits and promoting zero-defect culture. 5.Stake holder management A good team player attitude is needed involving all the stake holders like PM, Planner, Tendering, Sales along with cross functional & backend team. 6.Project documentation & Commercial acumen: Should have complete knowledge about project documentation along with the compliances. Help commercial team for payment by producing the relevant documents of assigned project. 7. Digital mindset: Should be a digital citizen & capable to handle all the regional digital projects.
