What You’ll Do We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing various light construction tasks. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride. What Your Day Might Look Like Perform light constructions task such as attic remediations, top-offs, vapor barrier installations, encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, gutter guard installations, and other light construction tasks. Work effectively in extreme conditions such as hot attics, outdoor work in cold weather, and on tall roofs. Navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces comfortably. Maintain a clean background and possess a valid driver's license. Provide reliable transportation to and from the main office. Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly Ensure every customer experience is a great one Requirements What You Bring to the Table Some prior construction experience. Willingness to travel.
